Create a mission and vision statement for your organization. Determine three (3) specific strategic goals that align with the ideals in those two (2) statements. The mission of Hospital X is to improve the health of the community and the world through research, diagnostics, treatment, evaluation, and education. Hospital X willbe the world leader in wellness and health transformation that creates a significant positive impact for humanity. The strategic goals for Hospital X in 2013- 2023 includes: Goal 1: people; to attract, educate, and develop health care employees Goal 2:research; become a world leader in research through application and innovation Goal 3: consumer; be the leader to incorporate patient and their families in the provision of care Goal 4: educate; Lead the world in educating and training physicians, nurses, and allied health professionals Goal 5: Integration; be able to incorporate theories, skill, financing, and health policies Goal 6: Evaluation; continually improve, innovate, and practice consumer care and safety
